I offer individual yoga therapy sessions, deep relaxation and iRest Yoga Nidra sessions, meditation classes, and workshops. 

Individual therapy programs include breathing, movement, relaxation and awareness techniques and recommendations for lifestyle changes.  No prior experience with yoga is necessary. My approach is non-sectarian and aimed at helping you find your own natural state of  balance.  

 With yoga therapy you can:
  • enjoy relief from symptoms associated with many temporary or persistent health problems
  • learn how to maintain healthy joints and muscles
  • develop breathing habits that reduce stress and help you stay healthy
  • acquire skills for self-management of chronic conditions

Yoga therapy guides us back to our natural state of balance  - one of optimal well-being, a tranquil mind and an open heart.  If you are facing pain, illness or injury, it provides holistic treatment that is tailored to your individual needs.  

My approach to therapy integrates the insights and techniques of yoga and the ancient science of Ayurveda, mindfulness-awareness practices, and Western knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
